Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender Manager & Bartender to join our Fuse'd Team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional customer service and mixology. Promotion available with experience.

Responsibilities

• -Provide quality service in a high volume/Craft Cocktails environment
• Be personable with friendly, professional customer interaction skills
• -Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including Signature Cocktails, Beer and Wine
• -Interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations
• -Maintain cleanliness of the Bar area and equipment
• -*Weekends Required*

Experience

• -Previous experience working as a Bartender in a Restaurant or Bar is required
• -Leadership/Management experience a plus
• -Knowledge of Food + Drink safety practices and regulations in Illinois
• -Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• -Familiarity with various drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus
• -Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service

Availability

• Must be able to work weekends.
